I believe great leadership starts with creating an environment where talented people can do their best work. My role is to provide clear direction, remove barriers, encourage new ideas, and give people the trust and support they need to succeed.
I enjoy leading teams that turn complex business needs into clear and engaging experiences that help people perform. Whether through learning, technology, design, or performance support ... the goal is the same ... make the work easier to understand, easier to use, and more effective.
At the end of the day, what matters most is the impact: stronger teams, better experiences, improved performance, and work that moves the business forward.

Beyond my Resume ...
There’s more to a career than titles, projects, and bullet points. At work and in life, I value curiosity, creativity, good conversation, and a strong work ethic while making time to enjoy the journey. Work hard, play hard may be a bit cliché, but it fits.
I spent much of my life in the Midwest, including many years in Chicago, before trading in the city skyline for the mountains of Northern Utah. When I’m not thinking about learning, design, or technology, you’ll probably find me hiking a mountain trail or skiing (two pretty good reasons for making the move to the Mountain West). I also love to travel and plan the next adventure, cook and try new recipes, and, above all, spend time with friends and family.
I believe the experiences we have outside of work shape how we show up at work, bringing new perspectives, energy, and a little more humanity to everything we do.
